Stevens 18,000 square-foot millwork shop is equipped with the leading –edge equipment; technologically advanced and using the latest innovations in software. Our on-site fabrication allows us to control every single step of the production process, ensuring that your project is on-time and on-budget. Our technological investments such as the use of nested-based, CNC routing ensures that the intended design is exact and within the closest possible tolerance. We assemble, and then disassemble, every product prior to shipment, to insure that every piece fits, and works, as it should. The production process is closely monitored, from specs to finished, delivered goods.
The knowledge and expertise gained in over 50 years of producing millwork allows us to fabricate pieces that many other fabricators would dare not attempt. Pieces with complex curves, decorative inlays, with multiple materials and unique finishes are our specialty. Whatever the specification, we can and will build it. And we can also guide you in determining those specs, helping you select materials that will meet your needs and provide optimal performance in your environment.
